Mediation Services
Ms. Prather is available for half-day and full-day mediation. Ms. Prather charges $700 per side for a half-day mediation and $1400 per side for a full-day mediation. Mediation is available by zoom, in-person, or a mix of both.
Ms. Prather has attended hundreds of mediations as a litigator representing individuals and small business owners who have suffered losses. She is pleased to put her experience as a litigator to work to help others resolve their cases.
Texas Super Lawyer has repeatedly named Ms. Prather a Texas Super Lawyer. She graduated from Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College in 2003; an intensive one-month trial skills program to which only 50 lawyers a year are invited to attend.

She is a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, the Houston Bar Association, and is currently serving as the president of the Houston Bar Association Auxiliary.
