About Kelly Prather

Ms. Prather is an attorney and mediator with more than twenty-five years experience representing individuals and small businesses. She is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, a distinction achieved by less than one percent of Texas attorneys. Ms. Prather has extensive trial experience in a wide variety of civil suits.
Ms. Prather graduated in 1989 from McCullough High School in The Woodlands, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas in 1993 followed by a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1996. Ms. Prather was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1996.
